Work out your starting point
Put in your weight, pick where you honestly sit for activity, choose a goal, and it gives you the calories, protein, carbs, fats and fibre to start tracking with.
01 Your numbers
Weigh yourself first thing in the morning, before food or drink, and ideally after the toilet. That is the most accurate reading.
02 How you actually move
Think of it as a scale, and choose where you best fit. The more you move, the higher your daily output.
03 What you are after
The bigger the deficit, the harder it is to stick to, so start at the smaller end. You can always adjust.
